Agreement

These terms apply to your use of the SHM Motorsports LLC website, our quote form, and our phone, text and Google Business Profile messaging. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and estimates

Quotes given through our website, by phone, by text or by message are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed after we inspect your vehicle and is subject to parts availability. Submitting a quote request does not create a contract or reserve an appointment until we confirm it with you.

Appointments

Appointments are confirmed by our staff by phone, text or message. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

Text messaging

By texting us or providing your mobile number, you agree to receive texts from SHM Motorsports about your quote, appointment, vehicle or order. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

Promotions, payments and fees

Promotions are valid only for the dates and terms stated and cannot be combined unless stated. Sales tax applies to all sales. A 3.99% fee applies to credit-card transactions. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Financing is provided by third-party companies, subject to their approval and terms. SHM Motorsports does not make credit decisions.

Website content

Photos, text and graphics on this website belong to SHM Motorsports or are used with permission. Prices, products and availability shown may change without notice. We try to keep information accurate but do not guarantee it is free of errors.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse our website or forms, including sending spam, false information, or attempting to interfere with how the site works.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, SHM Motorsports is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Warranties on parts and labor, if any, are provided separately at the time of service.
