Privacy Policy

Who we are

SHM Motorsports LLC (formerly Shell Happy Auto Accessories) is an automotive shop at 452 South Extension Road, Suites 2 & 3, Mesa, AZ 85210. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, phone, text messages and Google Business Profile messaging, and how we use it.

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle year, make and model, the service you're interested in, and any message or photos you send through our quote form, by phone, by text, or through Google Business Profile messages.

Information collected automatically: basic visit statistics such as pages viewed, approximate location by city, device and browser type, and how you found our site. We use this only in combined form to understand how our website is used.

How we use your information

To respond to your quote request, questions and messages.

To schedule and confirm appointments and provide updates about your vehicle or order.

To keep records of the work we perform.

To protect our website from spam and abuse.

Text messages

If you text us or give us your mobile number, we may text you about your quote, appointment or vehicle. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only when needed to serve you: with parts suppliers to fulfill an order, with a financing company only when you choose to apply through them, with service providers that host our website and email, or when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet business and legal record-keeping needs. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we are required to keep it.

How we protect it

Quote requests are stored in a private, password-protected system that only our staff can access. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
